Mr. Bremen de Haan MBA, MA is the co-founder and Director of Social Programs and Grants. Bremen's background includes, social sector international development and implementation strategy consulting. He has worked social, commercial and public sector development in 5 countries, managing clients on 3 continents. He is a 2013 International Rotary Academic Peace Fellow and a returned Peace Corps Panama Volunteer. Bremen is fluent in English and Spanish with a working knowledge in Dutch, Papiamentu and Level 1 Mandarin Chinese. Bremen is the son of an immigrant father and American mother and is acutely aware of the cultural differences that exist between the American school system and those of other countries. With M.A.S.: Social Change he knows he can reduce those differences, close the gap of confusion and increase student achievement.
Bremen earned his MBA from The Rotterdam School of Business: Erasmus University, holds a M.A. in Peace and Conflict Resolution and International Development from the University of Queensland, St. Lucia, Australia and a B.A. in International Economics and Development from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Dr. Darlyne de Haan is the co-founder and Executive Director of Mad About Science, and presently the Director of Curriculum and Instruction-Math and Science.
Dr. de Haan is a former Forensic Scientist and Environmental Chemist with over 20 years experience in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) education. She specializes in professional development for teachers and administrators in the areas of math and science instruction, differentiated instruction, strategies for teaching English Language Learners (ELL), and effective instructional strategies for all students. Dr. de Haan is a former Middle School Vice Principal, former Instructional Specialist for the New Jersey Department of Education as well as a former Supervisor of Math, Science, STEM and Technology. Darlyne has presented at many conferences both at the National and State levels, including TESOL, NCTM, SDE, Innovative Schools, STEMCON, and for the New Jersey Department of Education. Dr. de Haan is fluent in English, and proficient in Spanish.

Dr. Karen D. Jones is the Director of Educational Programs. Dr. Jones is currently an administrator in New Jersey. An advocate for students, she has been in the field of education for 24 years. She graduated from Howard University with a Bachelor's in Elementary Education and started her journey in education with the Prince George's County Public Schools. During her span in education, Karen has served as a Teacher, Instructional Team Leader, Writing Coordinator, and Dean of Students before becoming an administrator. She believes a collaborative environment is the key to creating successful students and teachers and partnerships with both parents and the community are essential to enriching experiences for students. Karen earned a Master's in Administration and Supervision from Howard University and a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Stockton University. Karen has earned numerous accolades and has inspired hundreds of students while serving in Upper Marlboro, Baltimore City, Chester, and Camden school districts.

Mr. Wright is responsible for training professional and support staff in the use of technology and the related operational software and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of programs services.
